All products sold on this platform are digital in nature — including but not limited to VPN accounts, streaming subscriptions, PDF guides, software licenses, and digital tools. Due to the nature of digital goods, delivery is instant and cannot be reversed.

All prices are listed in USD. Paystack handles currency conversion for local payments automatically.
Products are delivered via Telegram or secure download link immediately after payment confirmation. Crypto payments are subject to blockchain verification (typically 5–30 minutes).
If you do not receive your product within 1 hour of payment, contact us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your order reference and we will resolve it promptly.
We offer refunds under the following circumstances only:
No refunds are issued for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or products that have already been accessed or downloaded.
To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of purchase via Telegram or WhatsApp with your order reference number.
For streaming accounts and subscription services, you agree not to change account passwords, enable two-factor authentication, or share credentials with others. Violation may result in account termination without refund.

iKHOTECHS shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
